A new generation of environmentally friendly aviation fuel is being developed using recycled resources such as cooking oil and municipal garbage. They can lower CO2 emissions by 80% when compared to fossil fuels.
Many aspects of aviation have altered as a result of technological advancements in recent decades, considerably increasing flight’s long-term viability. Airplanes today generate 80 percent less CO2 per seat kilometer than they did 50 years ago. Despite the industry’s advancements, one critical component of aviation has stayed mostly unchanged: fossil-based aero plane fuel.
